Milai School has expanded its presence in Eldoret to four campuses following the opening of a new Early Years facility in Elgon View, extending its education services to more families in Uasin Gishu County.
The new campus will cater to children from daycare through Grade 3, providing early childhood and lower primary education in a purpose-built learning environment.
According to information published on the school’s official website, Milai School now operates four campuses: Milai School North, Milai School East, Milai School West and Milai School Elgon View.
The expansion adds to the school’s existing campuses in Kiplombe, along Kaptagat Road and in Juakali, which serve learners from different parts of Eldoret.
Milai School North, located along Kiplombe Road opposite St. Gregory Catholic Church, offers mixed-day and boarding services. The campus features equipped dormitories and a swimming pool, alongside its focus on the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
Milai School East is situated along Kaptagat Road, about three kilometres beyond KCC and one kilometre from Kipkorgot Centre. It offers mixed-day learning, with classrooms equipped with interactive technology and a transport network serving learners.
The West campus in Juakali also provides mixed-day and boarding services. Its activities include sports days, cultural festivals and parent engagement sessions.
The Elgon View campus is designed specifically for younger learners. According to the school’s website, its facilities include child-friendly spaces, outdoor play areas and opportunities for play-based learning aimed at encouraging exploration, creativity and early development.
The new facility comes as residential areas across Eldoret continue to attract families seeking education and other essential services closer to home. Its location in Elgon View is expected to offer parents in the area another option for early childhood education.
Milai School describes itself as a learning institution serving boys and girls from kindergarten through senior school. Its academic programme follows the CBC framework, with a learning pathway extending from early childhood to junior and senior school.
Beyond classroom learning, the school offers activities in sports, sciences and the arts. Its listed sporting disciplines include soccer, basketball, tennis, swimming, track and field, while its creative programmes cover music, drama and visual arts.
The institution’s motto is “Nurture with Excellence,” reflecting its stated emphasis on academic development, talent identification and character formation.
With the addition of Elgon View, the school now has campuses serving the northern, eastern and western parts of Eldoret, as well as the growing Elgon View neighbourhood.
Parents seeking places for their children can access admissions information through the school’s official website.
The expansion marks a further step in Milai School’s growth as a private education provider in Eldoret, with the new campus concentrating on the foundational years of learning.
