The clarification was made in a statement shared through the resort’s official social media platforms.
Poa Place’s statement comes after the (RVTTI) issued a notice warning students to remain vigilant following reports of an alleged escaped lion in the area.
The resort, however, maintained that all its animals are safe, secure, and fully accounted for, assuring the public that there is no escaped lion from its facility.

According to the management, the safety and well-being of its guests, staff, and animals remain its highest priority.
Poa Place also invited members of the public to visit the resort and experience its wildlife, natural environment, and conservation efforts firsthand.
“The lions are not on the loose—they are right where they belong, ready to be admired safely at Poa Place,” the statement read.
