Situated in Soy Constituency within the newly conferred Eldoret City, the project is a timely response to the housing shortage in the region. With 220 housing units under construction, it is set to significantly ease residential pressure and support urban expansion.

The development offers a broad range of units to suit different income levels and family sizes:
60 Studio Apartments
40 One-Bedroom Units
100 Two-Bedroom Apartments
20 Three-Bedroom Homes
Currently, 220 workers are on-site, focusing on civil works and applying finishing touches across nine residential blocks.

According to interior Principal secretary Dr Raymond Omollo the establishment is a new picture and real definition of urban life . Also noting it’s part of the bottom up transformation agenda.
“This development is empowering communities and redefining urban living, It is a beacon of the BETA vision in action—transforming lives from the grassroots,”— Dr. Omollo said.
