
RVTTI said the memo did not originate from the institution. It also stated that neither the management nor the security department issued the notice.
The institute urged trainees, staff, and the public not to share the false information.It warned that the fake memo could cause unnecessary fear and panic.
The institute said all official security updates will only be shared through its verified communication channels.
The statement comes after Poa Place Resort and Nature Centre also denied reports that one of its lions had escaped. The resort confirmed that all its animals are safe and fully accounted for.
